1. CTC Seniors - The Springfield News Sun will be here on Thursday, May 12 to take your panaromic picture at 8:15 a.m.

2. Tecumseh High School - Junior/Senior Prom

Theme - A Night Under the Lights Date: May 14, 2011 Time: 8-11 p.m.
Place: Dayton Masonic Temple Price: $20 each
Sales begin May 2nd to May 13th - no tickets will be available at the door!

3. Tecumseh High Seniors - If you are interested in voting for Prom King and queen please email Mrs. Cox at tracey.cox@tecumsehlsd.org or call the Guidance Office at 937-845-4513, if no answer leave a message. Deadline is Monday, May 9, 2011.

4. The Springfield High Prom Commitee is pleased to announce that the final preparations are underway for the 2011 prom! This year's theme is "Tonight's Dream, Tomorrow's Memories". It will be held Saturday, May 21st, from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM. We are very excited because the venue is at the State Theatre and decorations will be provided by Ambience. Stay tuned for details!

6. Hayward Middle School will be taking a tour on Monday May 9th. Half of the school will be taking a tour from 9:00-10:45 and the other half will be touring from 12:15-2:00. The following ambassadors (TEAM A & B) need to report to the Cafeteria by 8:45 for the morning tour.

We will need the ambassadors from TEAM C & D in the afternoon. You need to report to the cafeteria at 12:00 Sharp!

YOU MUST CHECK WITH YOUR TEACHER WHO’S CLASS YOU WILL MISS! If you can’t help with the tour, PLEASE let Mr. Rice know.

INSTRUCTORS:
1. The school clinic is closed daily from 10:14-10:48 (4th period). Please do not send students at this time. They will be sent back to your classroom until 10:48. ALL STUDENTS MUST HAVE A PASS TO BE SEEN IN THE CLINIC. Thank you.
