STUDENTS:
1. Attention all Chicago Trip participants. The $100 trip deposit is due to Mrs. Williams on Friday, November 6.
2. Southeastern students - Tryouts for the South Charleston (Southeastern) Club Bowling Team will be held Friday, November 13, 2009 from 4-6 pm. Practice will begin at 3:45 pm. Tryout cost is $5 per participant. Southeastern’s home site will be:

3. Northwestern Middle School will be taking a tour Friday November 6, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. Please send the following ambassadors (TEAM A) to the Cafeteria by 8:45. Alex Barkhard, Ethan Barlage, Miranda Bree Barrett, Jill Brand, Alexis Brown, Brezzie Cavins, Ashly Claar, Katelyn Crackel, Angel Davis, Allison Denton, Amanda Evans, Tierra Ford, Leah Garrett, Ashley Hardesty, Ashley Honaker, Bianca Lawrence, Jenna Lytle, Shelbie Martineau, Jonathan Miller, Tierrah Mitcheel, Brittany Newell, Heather Norris, Brittany O'Dell, Serra Parsons, Jennifer Pence, James Rawlins, Matthew Samuels, Josie Sanderson, Jessica Schaefer, Amanda Seymour, Melina Smith and Kiarrah Young. If you can not help with the tour, PLEASE let Mr. Rice know ASAP.
4. NWHS picture retake day is November 5, 2009.
5. A representative from Mount Carmel School of Nursing will be here at CTC Monday, November 9th, during 4th and 5th intervention periods in the LRC. All interested students need to sign up in Student Services. Thank you.
INSTRUCTORS:
1. The school clinic is closed daily from 10:14-10:48 (4th period). Please do not send students at this time. They will be sent back to your classroom until 10:48. ALL STUDENTS MUST HAVE A PASS TO BE SEEN IN THE CLINIC. Thank you.
2. Please encourage students to return their completed emergency medical authorization to the clinic.
3. Please remind students to wash hands before eating & after using the restroom & after coughing or sneezing. Encourage sneezing into the shoulder or chest. Coughers & sneezers need to use tissues.
